• List any current sites you have which are applicable to this implementation
• Have an Excel spreadsheet of your latest products list, which would include: Item Number, Brand/Model, Category, Product Name, Description, List/Sale/Special Pricing, Weight
• List the Brands/Models you would like to have in your search menu
• List the Categories you would like to have
• Divide your pictures up between small and large into separate image directories, and name them as Item_No.JPG or .GIF
• How you would like to calculate your shipping rates and which methods to offer customers
• How you would like to process your credit card authorizations
• Any extra information you have, such as PDF files and HTML include files can be provided afterwards.
• Provide any website design templates you currently have designed for this cart implememation

Web & Cart Hosting Service Pricing:

Setup/Customization/Consultation:
These fees/costs vary based on business size and number of products in the database. Please inquire for a quote.

Setup includes:
Database mods, data compatibility & upload, cart design modifications, technical support (product help included), and marketing consultation for your site, which includes search engine optimization of the cart itself.

Hosting Service starts at $100 USD per month, based on number of products & hard drive space you will use*. This price is negotiated based on the number of products you will have. Hard drive file space (images, etc...) is limited to 100MB, but more may be added at $5 per 100MB. "Month to Month" hosting agreement required, quarterly payments or longer is available. Dedicated server options are available at additional cost (please inquire). License for off-site hosting is available for large businesses.**

** Installation and setup of the cart on your servers is available as a license with full source code and will be negotiated based on features needed.
