This feature of the program is specially designed for companies which do not allow distributors or dealers to advertise below a certain price. This feature allows you to communicate you prices and still not actually advertise your prices on your site.

How does this work? We keep track of the user who submits the request by sending the user an email with the "Special" location to purchase. The email sends the user the prices, but the browser retains the ability for the user to purchase, so we keep track of those items requested in a cookie for later retreival by the "Special" URL.
