Do not upload: blank fields, commas, or single quotes.

This site index tool creates pages for Product, Brands, & Categories to allow the search engines to index your cart.
Pages are created in the /Products,/Brands, & /Categories directories. Search engines will spider the
Brands & Categories listed from the homepage, while Products will be spidered from any
product search / related output to their respective individual pages.

| HTML Tracker & HTML File Creator |

Use the [HTML Tracker] to update the HTTP_URL column in the database, which goes through the
/TEXT/ folder matching up Item Numbers with [ITEM_NO].htm in the directory. When this happens
the file name associated with the item number will be added into the column in the database.
FOR HTML FILE CREATOR - You must first upload your [ItemsHTML.CSV] file to your data directory.
The COLUMNS SHOULD BE AS SUCH: ITEM_NO,DESCRIPTION
NO single quotes ' are allowed, replace with &lsquot;
NO commas , are allowed, replace with ,
Then run [HTML Creator utility].

| Create Products Tables Backup |

This utility will back up your products to a back-up set of tables, which will allow you to
make sure you can back-out of any changes that you make to live data in the product editors.

| Restore Products Tables Backup |
|
This utility will restore the latest copy of the PRODUCTS table which was overwritten
by a "Products_Test" table copy to production. If you screw up an import from TEST,
run this utility to go back to your most recent version of PRODUCTS.

This is the critical part of making images show up in the search results.
If either the Large or Small Image Tracker is not run after a product table
OVERWRITE, you will see that the images will not show up. If images are
uploaded, this utility must be run in order to update the database.

When you have a lot of images and you need to make sure the name of the file matched
the product item number, this tool will show you which files are "orphaned" or could not
be matched up to a product number.

to the server for viewing and uploading files. This will trigger a 404 error response
if the logged in user is not the owner.
